Washington: Arguments heard in Port of Vancouver Commissioner recall
The recall attempt against Port of Vancouver Commissioner Brian Wolfe is now going to be heard by Clark County Superior Court judge, with a decision due by Wednesday. The petitioner accuses Wolfe violating the public meetings law in discussing a closed-door executive sessions a lease for what would be the nation's largest rail-to-marine oil transfer terminal. There is also a a petition against Commissioner Jerry Oliver.
