New Jersey: Petitioners go to court to push Irvington recall fight

A petition in court is trying to restart the recall of Irvington Township MayorTony Vauss. The previous attempt to recall the mayor have been rejected by the Municipal Clerk due to his claim that the reasons are "not based in facts." The issues include a claim that Vauss forced a municipal employee to have sex in a township office, as well as rising crime and murder rates.
