Colorado: Westminster Mayor and Councilmembers facing recall effort over water bill rates

Westminster Mayor Herb Atchison and Councilmembers Anita Seitz, Kathryn Skulley and Jon Voelz are facing recall efforts over water bills. Petitioners would need 25% of turnout, which is 5009 signatures for Atchison and 6,098 for the three council members.
