Florida: Madeira Beach Commissioner recall granted temporary injunction

A judge granted a temporary injunction stopping the April 17 recall of Commissioners John Douthirt and Nancy Oakley. The judge held that the recall didn't set enough grounds to hit the malfeasance standard. No word yet on whether the petitioners will appeal.
