North Dakota: LaMoure County State's Attorney recall falls short

The recall attempt against State's Attorney Tonya Duffy was rejected due to incomplete addresses on petitions. Petitioners collected 613 signatures and turned them in on June 20. Petitioners needed 541. Five petitioners of 170 signatures were rejected because the circulator's residential address was incomplete on the last page. Petitioners claimed a lack of competency and that she didn't treat constituents fairly.
