Massachusetts: Former Rowley Water Board member attempting to push for impeachment of Judge

Timothy Toomey, who recalled in February from the Towley Board of Water Commissioners by a vote of 675-26, has asked state Representative Brad Hill to start proceedings to impeach Judge Richard Welch. The issue is Welch's upholding of the signatures in the recall effort.
