Nebraska: York County Commissioner facing petitions

York County Commissioner Paul Buller is facing recall threats over catch-all claims that he fails to represent all the people, violated the Open Meetings Act and is ill prepared for meetings. Petitioners would need 236 signatures (35% of turnout) in 30 days.
