Colorado: Recall effort against Denver District Attorney fails

Activists have failed to get a recall against Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey on the ballot -- the recall was over the lack of charges against police in shooting of a stolen car suspect. Petitioners needed 53,925 valid signatures. They claim to have gotten 20,000.
