Texas: Houston' Equal Rights Ordinance recall fails due to error on petitions
An attempt to "recall" Houston's Equal Rights Ordinance has failed after petitioners failed to put a "county of residence" line on the petitions. Petitioners handed in over 50,00 signatures in Houston, less than 4,000 were valid.
