California: Four Long Beach City College Trustees facing recall threats over budget cuts
Four Long Beach City College trustees, President Trustee Roberto Uranga, Vice President Trustee Jeffrey Kellogg, Douglas Otto and Thomas Clark, are facing recall threats, but the petitioners have made numerous procedural errors, preventing the recall from starting.
