Maine: Medway Select Board member recall makes Election Day Ballot

Medway Select Board Member Peggy Jo Stanley (R) is facing a recall election on Election Day in November. Petitions accuse Stanley of being disruptive at meetings and yelling at staffers. Stanley is also a member of the Maine House of Representatives, though she is not running for reelection.

87 valid signatures were handed in. Petitioners needed 79.
