Massachusetts: Recall attempt discussed against married Plymouth Selectmen

Plymouth Selectmen Shelagh Joyce and Keven Joyce may be facing recall efforts, as online (completely legally irrelevant petition) has received 1088 signatures. Petitioners would need 6423 signatures, though they cannot start collecting until November. Petitioners would have 20 days to get the signatures and the vote would need turnout of at least 20%.

Joyce has been charged with embezzling about $28,000.
