California: Oxnard Mayor facing attorney fees over ballot statement during recall

Mayor Tim Flynn, who survived a recall vote in May over wastewater rates, was ordered to pay $9055 in attorney fees after a court forced changes to the voter guide (the question was over the language of the city's finances).
