California: Montebello Mayor, Councilman facing recall efforts

Mayor Vanessa Delgado and Councilman Jack Hadjinian are facing the fourth attempt to get recall petitions approved. The issue was their votes to allow marijuana businesses to open and a $4.2 million city deficit. Petitioners would need about 6000 signatures.
