Massachusetts: Townsend recall case heading to state's Supreme Judicial Court

The recall effort against Selectmen Gordon Clark and Cindy King over investigations into the police department is now heading to the state's highest court. The recall was set for June 19. The lower court threw out the recall because it didn't describe the actions, but the Appeals Court reversed.
