Louisiana: House Committee passes bill to lower signature totals for recalls

The bill copies the California model and would drop the signature totals from the 1/3rd of registered voters to 20 percent for large cities; 25 for medium sized  and maintain 1/3rd for communities of less than 25000 voters.
