The recall of City Council woman Julie Johnson has been set for September 19. Petitioners gathered about 124 signatures, they needed less than 40. The issue was a claim of aggressive and disrespectful dealings with staff, leading to the resignation of the city auditor and the mayor, Jeff Wanner, who is Johnson's father.
