Missouri: Jefferson County Executive who face recall effort not seeking third term

County Executive Ken Waller, who sued the county for a pay hike and sued the city council in a power dispute, has decided to not run for reelection. Petitioners would need 21,000 signatures to get the recall on the ballot -- no word if that is continuing.
