Maine: Recall threats target Maine Governor

Actually don't see any recall threats in the linked article, but perhaps it is the change.org petition. Maine Governor Janet Mills (D) is facing recall threats over women and transathletes issue. Mills recently got into a verbal scuffle with Trump, so that may be a part of this. Note that Maine has never had a state-level recall.
