Louisiana: Signatures handed in against Elton Mayor

317 signatures were handed in against Elton Mayor Kesia Skinner-Lemoine. They need 275 (40%).

The recall is after an investigation by the Secretary of State of voter fraud in last November's election. The claim is that out-of-jurisdiction voters made the difference in the election.
