California: Auburn Mayor facing recall effort over criticism of Trump supporters

Auburn Mayor Bill Kirby is facing threats of a recall after Kirby posted criticism of Trump supporters over the coronavirus pandemic, including sharing a meme comparing them to the KKK. So far, the discussion of a recall is simply a Facebook page.

Update: Kirby died in a plane crash in April.
