Texas: Windcrest approve amendment limiting recall law from a political one to a Malfeasance "for cause" standard
Voters appear to have overwhelming approved ballot measures (Proposition A) changing Windcrest's recall law, adding a malfeasance standard/judicial recall requirement, thereby pushing petitioners to provide a violation of a "for cause" requirement.
Windcrest looked to change their recall laws following two failed recall attempts last year.
