California: Recall effort against Fresno Central Unifed School Board members after firing superintendent

Board members Phillip Cervantes and Richard Solis are facing a recall effort following the firing of a superintendent. Petitioners need about 3000 signatures to get on the ballot. Petitioners are trying to get it on the ballot as a special election rather than be included in the general election in November.
