Taiwan: New Power Party Executive Chairman facing recall effort over marriage equality law
New Power Party Executive Chairman Huang Kuo-chang is facing a recall effort by residents opposed to his support for gay marriage. Petitioners collected 3124 signatures, and now need 25,119 signatures to get the recall on the ballot.
