Colorado: Basalt Town Council member facing recall threats

Councilwoman  Jennifer Riffle is facing a demand that she resign by fellow councilman Mark Kittle over allegations that she lied in an email to Kittle and other council members as to whether the Police Chief was against making it easier to sell marijuana. The recall effort couldn't be started until mid-October.
