Massachuestts: Shirley Selectmen facing petitions two months after law adopted

Two months after the recall law was adopted at a town meeting, a recall attempt has been started against Selectmen Kendra Dumont and Robert Prescott. The issue is a claim that they illegally gave a COLA raise to the Town Administrator. Voters had rejected the raises at town meetings.
