Washington: Charges filed against Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney
Recall charges have been filed against Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney Mark Lindquist, listing 12 charges over abusing his power. This is now going to a judge to see if the recall can move forward. Petitioners would need about 38,000 signatures if it is greenlighted.
