Oregon: Fourth Democratic legislator facing recall over background check on gun transfers

State Senator Floyd Prozanski (D) is the fourth Oregon legislator to face recall petitions over background check legislation for guns, joining House Majority Leader Val Hoyle, Senator Chuck Riley and Representative Susan McLain. Petitioners need about 8700 signatures by September 4. The others are due by July 13 and 14.
