Michigan: Three Rivers Board of Ed member resigns in face of recall effort

As the recall against three Three Rivers Board of Education members goes forward over the firing of school administrators, the fourth, David Kutz, has announced his resignation. Petitions have been approved against the three, Mike Bosma, Waneta Truckey and Carl Barth.
