Supporters of Washington DC Councilmember Charles Allen have filed a complaint alleging violations of campaign finance laws by the recall proponents. The issue seems to be independent expenditures. The recall efforts against two Washington, D.C. Councilmembers are heating up, with petitioners claiming that they have 4500 signatures for the recall effort against .
