Taiwan: DPP considers changes to recall law

After seeing 14 recalls votes in two years (some so-called "Revenge Recalls"), and with three major removals (Mayor, Legislator, City Council member), the Democratic Progressive Party is proposing rules to curb recall use. It sounds like these changes include increasing thresholds for removal.
