New Mexico: Op-ed on the Otero County Commissioner recall/history of recall in New Mexico

Here's an op-ed I wrote for the Santa Fe New Mexican on the recall attempt against Otero County Commissioner Couy Griffin, who was arrested for rioting at the US Capitol on January 6.
