Wisconsin: Madison Mayor recall effort fails

The recall effort against Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway failed, with petitioners handing in 53 signatures out of about 36,000 needed to get on the ballot. The recall was over a kitchen sink of issues, including budget shortfalls, a wheel tax and the handling of recent protests.
