Alaska: Division of Elections rules for unlimited campaign contributions, no disclosure for recall

The Division of Elections has ruled that the recall effort against Governor Mike Dunleavy and his efforts to battle it are not subject to campaign contribution limits, nor is there a disclosure requirement.
