Wyoming: Mills Mayor facing petitions over firefighter debate

Mills Mayor Seth Coleman is facing petitions following a debate over how to handle a firefighting (whether to staff one of the stations with county firefighters or hire a private company). The towns nine firefighters are set to be laid off and the town has allegedly been paying firefighter salaries with funds intended for infrastructure projects.
