Texas: Edinburg Mayor facing recall efforts after election fraud arrest

Petitions have been taken out against Edinburg Mayor Richard Molina following his arrest on election fraud charges. Molina allegedly pushed out of district residents to change their address and vote for him. Petitioners need about 2000 signatures to get on the ballot.
