New York: Public call for recall of Watertown Judge, though no recall is available

Watertown Judge James P. McClusky is facing an online petition for removal over his probation sentence (which was recommended by prosecutors) for a bus driver who plead guilty to having sex with a 14 year old. New York doesn't have a recall law, so McClusky is now in any danger of being ousted.
