Wisconsin: Dover Town Chairman ousted in recall vote

Chairman Mario Lena was ousted in a recall vote over claims of unprofessional conduct. Lena was censured and he accused past chairmen of embezzlement and fraud. Lena lost to Town Supervisor Sam Stratton -- 319-175-90 (for former town supervisor Dean Larsen). Stratton needed an absolute majority to avoid a run-off. His seat now has to be filled.
