Washington: Kennewick Council member facing petitions

Council member/former Mayor Steve Young is facing a recall effort. Petitioners allege question dealings on Young's part. Washington is a malfeasance standard/Judicial recall state, so the state regulators/courts need to way in on whether the recall meets the for cause requirement.
