Colorado: Brush Councilwoman petitions upheld, date of recall to be decided

Councilwoman Jeanine Anderson is facing an upcoming recall election over complaints that she disrespected other members of the government and the police. Anderson's move to get the petition thrown out was rejected by the courts, with a number of complaints, including one by Anderson of fake Facebook accounts. Petitioners handed in 162 signatures, with 31 tossed out. They needed 69.
