Michigan: Traverse City Mayor and Commissioner facing recall efforts

Mayor Jim Carruthers and Commissioner Richard Lewis are facing recall efforts over an increase in city property tax and a tax administration fee. Petitioners need 1515 signatures to get on the ballot.
