New Mexico: State adopts law that commission-manager government municipality has recall law

The bill that was signed into law, HB 49, clarifies a point of law that makes removes the state District Court from making a decision on recalls  against commission-manager government municipalities. All recalls in the state are on the malfeasance standard (requiring a showing of malfeasance, misfeasance of violation of oath of office).
