Washington: State Supreme Court denies motion to reconsider whether Black Diamond Councilwoman recall had enough signatures
The Supreme Court had previously struck down one of four of the charges in the recall effort against Councilwoman Pat Pepper, which King County Election then held that petitioners needed to recollect signatures (they handed in 639, they needed 366).
