Michigan: Albion recall leader previous jailed for threatening to poison water supply

The leader of the recall effort against Mayor Garrett Brown has had numerous issues with the law, including threatening to poison the water supply due to an unfavorable ruling in a child custody dispute, which led to a 30 month prison sentence. The recall is over the City Manager's resignation (which was then rescinded).
