California: Petitioners file notice of intent to recall Santa Clara Superior Court Judge

Petitioners have filed a statement pushing for the recall of Judge Aaron Persky, with a goal of starting circulating petitions in August and getting on the ballot next year. Petitioners need 58,634 signatures in 160 days.
