North Dakota: Kindred City Councilmember facing recall threats

Council member Julie Johnson, in her second term, is facing threats after she had disagreements with the mayor and city auditor, both of whom temporarily resigned over the fight. The issue was speed of access to city records.

Petitioners need 112 signatures (25% of Johnson's vote in the last election).
