Louisiana: Dueling editorials on changes to recall law

The Times Picayune has a very detailed editorial agreeing with the recent bill looking to cut the number of signatures needed to get on the ballot (the piece does cite me).
The Houma Courier takes a different tack, feeling that a recall should be tough to get on the ballot.
