Missouri: Petitions handed in against Lee's Summit Councilman; Recall set for April 4

This is the recall against Councilman Chris Moreno, though it has to do with the business dealing with the Park Department of a different Councilwoman, Diane Forte. Petitioners handed in 621 signatures. The recall is set for April 4.
