Rhode Island: Petitioners against Providence City Councilor claims slowdown effort

Petitioners have handed in 360 signatures City Councilor Kevin Jackson and claim that Jackson is trying to slowdown the recall effort. Jackson was arrested on charges of embezzling more than $127,000 from a youth sports organization.
