The move to recall
three city council members, Patrick Roff, Gene Brown and Bemis Smith, has floundered. The issue was the council's decision to relocate Glazier-Gates Park for development. The committee was called Recall Them All, but three council members are up for reelection so they couldn't face a recall. The drive couldn't not get the first set of signatures. It would have needed 4500 signatures (15% of registereds) in 60 days.
